Finances are in short supply and will be for the next few years at least, however on a positive note communities will have to work together and pull in all resources available to them. This is good more people will talk and support their community’s. Down side this will take time and effort which people are not used to giving. We have become a very me me nation and this has to stop, we need to all support and work with each other. R
