There certainly should be. I do know that some employers (Marks and Spencer are a typical example), who offer work to people with special needs, and the County Council’s catering service is run by a group with special needs. This is perhaps something that councillors could tackle through the local Chamber of Trade, and I will certainly have a word with local traders in my village to find out their views and report back to you.
