Funding is required for your request which as I am sure you will know is in very short supply. However, this does not stop you from approaching your town council or your local area forum for funding. Try it… Attend the monthly meetings and put forward your case.. Good luck R.

I think this is something that Chesham Town Council might be asked about. Have you thought about forming a Youth Council in Chesham to work with the Town Council and other organisations to try to achieve what you want?
