Yes, often. Some people come to me with very difficult problems and it’s hard to find ways of helping them. Sometimes I have to admit that I can’t help them – that’s very hard for me to accept, but it’s a fact of life. I do like a challenge though, and it’s very satisfying when you can solve a really difficult situation for somebody.
