I have been a councillor for 6 years. There are 13 “special needs” schools in Buckinghamshire. Thank you, but the joke is from the late great Ronnie Barker.

ok that is quite alot of specail needs school’s i go to a specail needs school in beaconsfield the school is alfriston and they help out pupil’s,and is it really good to be a councillor and how are you finding being a councillor, is it intresting,fun and etc.

The joke is really funny i read it in my lesson and i showed my friends and we was laughing and which prime minster was it about the one we got now or the one we had last year!.
