Rosalie – I really don’t know the answer to your question. I suspect it will depend on how badly your cerebral palsy affects your movement. The best thing to do would be to ask the Department for Transport. Their office in Swansea or the website would probably be the best place to start, and you may need information from your doctor to support any application you make. I wish you luck.
